The Prescott Valley Corporate Park is located in the Big Sky Business Center, a 200-acre parcel of land in the southeast region of Prescott Valley.

The Phase I building, on 5.17 acres, has now been 100% leased to Lockheed Martin, which ranked 57 on the Fortune 500 and exceeded $41 Billion in sales in 2008.
