The Prescott Valley Corporate Park is located in the
Big Sky Business Center, a 200-acre parcel of land in the southeast
region of Prescott Valley.
The Phase I building, on 5.17 acres, has now been 100% leased to Lockheed Martin, which ranked 47
on the Fortune 500 and exceeded $37 Billion in sales in 2005. Lockheed plans to utilize the facility as a
Flight Service Station. The facility will also serve as Lockheed's Western U.S. operations hub for all Flight
Service Stations and the National Training Academy for all Flight Service Station Specialists. It is expected to
employ approximately 300 people at an average annual salary in excess of $75,000.
Phase II will fill out the Corporate Park at a total of 13.5 acres of M-1 Zoning, which allows most uses up to
and including light industrial. It will consist of three 25,000 square foot buildings and two 4,000 square foot buildings,
which will be built one at a time as shell flex industrial/office buildings. Half of the first 25,000 square foot building, which
is currently in the final stages of construction, has been leased to DHL. The remaining portion of the building is currently
available for lease. The two South buildings (25,000 square feet each) will be able to
accomodate truck docks. All buildings will feature ceiling heights of approximately 19' and can be finished out for
a variety of uses.
