Prescott Valley is located on Highway 69 about 80 miles from Phoenix. Arizona's major interstate, I-17, is 20 miles east. Two major trans-continental interstates, I-40 and I-10, are each within 90 miles.

The Prescott Valley Corporate Park is located in the Big Sky Business Center, a 200-acre parcel of land in the southeast region of the town. This parcel is divided into three areas. Two are zoned C3 which is commercial and light industrial. The third is zoned M1 which is industrial manufacturing. The Big Sky Business Center is adjacent to Highway 69, allowing a quick and direct link to Prescott Valley's main artery. Highway 69 links Prescott Valley to Phoenix via I-17.
